The challenges that international mediation is facing are many: Growing complexity amongst the nature of conflicts, the number of actors and players involved, the necessity of specialized skill- sets for different levels of mediators, amongst others highlight the need for a simple yet powerful tool that can boost the effectiveness of tomorrow’s mediators as they approach the coming years. NBR provides a powerful yet simple tool that was developed from the language model created by Marshall Rosenberg, known as Nonviolent Communication. We invite the reader to experience the power and potential of the work directly, in an interactive exercise.
